Getting Started
We work with some of the top agricultural employers across New Zealand and Australia to offer jobs in:
Agri contracting (machinery work — tractors, balers, harvesters, etc.)
Dairy farming
General farm work (fencing, feeding, livestock care)
Broadacre farming and seeding (Australia)
You're a great fit if you:
Are aged 18–30 and eligible for a Working Holiday Visa
Have a valid passport and clean driving record
Have experience on farms or in machinery operation (or are willing to learn!)
Are ready to work hard, travel far, and try something new
Not every role needs tons of experience, but any of the following will help:
Driving tractors, loaders, or other farm machinery
Working on a dairy, beef, or sheep farm
Attending or graduating from an agricultural college
If you're hardworking, willing to learn, and up for the adventure, we'll help you get there.
Visas & Support
It's easy — you apply online through the relevant immigration website. We'll walk you through the whole process and let you know what you need to have ready, like proof of funds or a return ticket.
We take care of the tricky stuff so you can focus on the experience:
Match you with a job that suits your background
Gets your IRD (tax number) before you land
Sets up an overseas bank account for you before you land
Accommodation arranged
Airport pick-up on arrival
Ongoing support throughout your placement
An agent can book and assist with flights free of charge
Nope! Our service is completely free to candidates. You'll only need to cover your own flights, visa application fee, and personal expenses like food and rent while abroad. A deposit is included but this is fully refunded at the completion of the season.
Life Abroad
Placements are available across both the North and South Islands of New Zealand, as well as various regions in Australia — mainly in rural communities with strong farming operations, perfect for hands-on learning.
Most roles run for 4 to 6 months, depending on the season and type of work. Some longer opportunities may be available if you're keen to stay on.
Some roles are independent, while others are part of a crew. If you prefer one over the other, let us know — we'll do our best to match you with the right setup.
Definitely! We love seeing friends or couples take the leap together. Mention it in your application and we'll try to place you at the same farm or nearby.
