Irish-owned and operated, our team brings real hands-on experience, having worked on farms and contracting seasons across Ireland, the UK, the USA, and Australia. This experience gives us a unique understanding of the challenges candidates and employers face.

James has 20+ years of experience in the agricultural farming industry and has worked in Ireland, the UK, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

We're not afraid to roll up our sleeves — every member of our team plays a vital role in making placements run smoothly, from start to finish.

How We Operate

We select experienced farm workers, focusing on those who have expertise in key areas such as dairy farming, crop harvesting, and machinery operation.

We take care of every step of the relocation process so our candidates can focus on the work ahead. That includes:

  • Visa applications — we handle the paperwork and guide candidates through the full visa process
  • IRD numbers — we assist with obtaining New Zealand tax numbers before arrival
  • Flights — we book flights through trusted agents to get candidates where they need to be
  • Bank accounts, accommodation & cultural orientation — ensuring a smooth landing from day one
